Job Description

We are looking for a strong AEM Developer Lead with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, architecture, and technical leadership.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in AEM development
  • Strong experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service
  • Strong Java/J2EE development experience
  • Expertise in OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL/Sightly
  • Experience developing AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows
  • Strong knowledge of AEM Sites
  • Experience with AEM Assets/DAM
  • Strong experience with REST APIs and integrations
  • Experience with Apache Maven and Git
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD
  • Experience with Dispatcher configuration and caching
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead AEM development and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Design and develop scalable AEM solutions
  • Review code and ensure development best practices
  • Work closely with architects, business teams, and offshore/onshore developers
  • Troubleshoot complex AEM issues and performance problems
  • Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical discussions
  • Mentor junior and senior AEM developers
  • Ensure quality, security, and performance of AEM applications
  • AEM Cloud Service migration experience
  • Adobe Experience Cloud knowledge
  • Adobe Analytics / Target integration
