Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Developer III to support a team focused on the modernization and recoding of a provider website.

This remote role is ideal for developers who enjoy working in collaborative Agile environments, participating in design discussions, and contributing to large-scale enterprise web modernization efforts.


What You’ll Do

• Perform application analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities
• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable application solutions
• Participate in daily design discussions, Agile ceremonies, and collaborative development activities
• Develop and maintain enterprise web applications and related system components
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and specifications
• Test code changes, validate functionality, and support QA efforts
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend system enhancements
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, system designers, and business stakeholders
• Support ongoing modernization efforts for the My Insurance Manager provider website
• Ensure applications are delivered according to project timelines and organizational standards

What You’ll Need

• Strong Back End experience with Java and Microservices
• Experience with OpenShift
• Quarkus experience is a plus

• Application development or systems testing experience
• Strong understanding of application development, integration, and QA methodologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
