Network Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer III to join our client's team. This is a hands-on role focused on advanced network provisioning and operational support within a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
The ideal candidate will work directly with live network infrastructure, performing complex configurations, executing changes, and troubleshooting issues that impact critical services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute complex provisioning tasks on live network equipment using approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs), including activities that may result in temporary service interruptions
  • Perform circuit grooming, card swaps, and software upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues quickly to minimize downtime and service impact
  • Configure, maintain, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure
  • Work directly with production network environments to ensure stability and performance

Network Equipment Experience
Candidates should have experience working with:
  • Juniper MX960
  • Cisco ASR 9000
  • Cisco ME3400

Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network carrier
  • Minimum certification required: CCNA or JNCIA
  • Strong hands-on experience with network provisioning and troubleshooting in live environments
