Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of agreements by promoting adherence to ATA's standard templates and contractual/procurement frameworks
  • Oversee high-volume confirmation workflows and associated communications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Execute procurement activities including internal approval processes, RFP processes, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and issuance of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Validate and drive timely closure of procurement related invoices with back office, proponents and counterparties.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement governance standards, including Delegation of Authority (DOA) and segregation of duties requirements
  • Establish and manage KPI metrics across procurement, contracts, and confirmations functions, ensuring performance targets are consistently met
  • Monitor workload and resource allocation, including coordination with third-party service providers as applicable
  • Maintain close coordination with trading, scheduling, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on transaction status, priorities, and special conditions
  • Remove barriers for resolution of operational and contractual issues impacting commercial activities
  • Drive process improvements across procurement, contract lifecycle management, and confirmation workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Support implementation and optimization of systems including Sirion (CLM), SAP (ERTM) to improve data integrity and process execution and leverage AI where appropriate to increase efficiency.
  • Lead weekly team meetings with all team members to communicate organizational priorities and stay informed of challenges or issues requiring escalation to Senior Management.
  • Maintain strong communication with senior management on performance, risks, and operational priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies, maintaining proper documentation and governance standards and suggest improvements where possible.
  • Lead regularly scheduled procurement committee meetings with senior leadership to review long term and high value contracts.
