Inventory Control Specialist
Full-time
On-site, Redlands, CA
Job Summary
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help keep our inventory accurate, stocked, and running smoothly. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating orders, tracking incoming shipments, and communicating inventory information both internally and externally. You'll also work closely with our Accounts Receivable team to support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit weekly inventory orders to vendors to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Coordinate and oversee cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor incoming orders and communicate shipment and receipt status to relevant teams.
  • Provide daily inventory level uploads and updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies when they arise.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support inventory-related needs and questions.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team's success.
