Our team isseekinga highly skilled and experienced Demand Planner to lead the Canada/Latin America forecasting and IBP process. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with finance, commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to drive process improvements, product lifecycle planning strategies (including product launches and phase-outs), commercial strategy modeling, field inventory management, and the management of systems and metrics to measure performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Monthly Review Process:Oversee the monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Commercial Management Review process with CALA Executive Leadership. Manage commercial KPI performance, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions.

  • Collaborative Leadership:Partner with key stakeholders to build consensus around forecasts, commercial plans, and action plans to address challenges.

  • Demand Planning:Develop demand plans with commercial, marketing, and finance teams based on business trends, commercial and marketing strategies, and sales pipeline over a 24mohorizon. Create models to forecast sales, field inventory changes, product phase-ins/phase-outs, and distressed inventory risks.

  • Execution and Management:Execute approved plans, manage abnormal demand, and review and report adherence to forecasts and launch plans.

  • Scenario Planning:Utilizescenario planning to assess risks and drive informed business decisions.

  • Forecast Reconciliation:Reconcile and explain differences between IBP forecasts and LBE forecasts.

  • Change Leadership:Demonstrateeffectivechangeleadership and build strategic partnerships to advance departmental and organizationalobjectives.

  • Process Development:Develop,implementand continuouslyoptimizeprocesses, tools, and systems.

  • Presentation and Communication:Summarize complex data and changing assumptions into concise reports, messages, and recommendations for stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Problem Solving:Proactively solve problems, handle unstructured challenges, and lead teams to resolve identified issues.

  • IBP Program Implementation:Implement andoptimizethe new IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Commercial Management Review process for the CALA Structural Heart division.

  • Travelfor position up to 10%.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management,Financeor a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in forecasting, S&OP/IBP processes, ora related field.

  • Strong analytical skills andproficiencyin excel modeling, planningsystemsand analytics tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
