Purpose of Job:
To Plan Display build schedule and components using JDE/ERP systems. Create stock transfers between branch plants. Maintain inventory accuracy by performing mandatory cycle counts, audits of inventory, Inventory adjustments, and metrics reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Plan and create work orders for Display schedule
  • Plan and create purchase orders for Display components
  • Plan and create stock transfers between branch plants
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure new artwork is available on-time for display builds
  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure display is on-track to ship
  • Audit of the applications and processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Analyzes, reviews, and audits all inventory related activities. Identifies daily inventory discrepancies and partners with Logistics for resolution.
  • Cooperate and collaborate within operations and cross-functional teams on continuous improvement programs to optimize supply chain and inventory processes.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy, data queries, analysis, and reporting.
  • Analyzes and reviews daily, weekly, and monthly cycle count metric reports for each site.
  • Performs procedural and inventory audits for 3PL facilities with management.
  • Reconciles and perform inventory adjustments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:
  • AA degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management/Logistics is preferred or 5 years of inventory control work experience.

Certification:
  • American Production & Inventory Control (APICS) certification is preferred.

Experience:
  • Must have planning experience using ERP system
  • Must have experience creating and reporting inventory Metrics.
  • Must have a minimum of three to five years' experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment.
  • Process and computerized systems knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, materials, and inventory control is preferred.
  • Experience working with JD Edwards or SAP system is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and relate well with others from a variety of backgrounds and levels.
  • Strong knowledge and ability of data mining and reporting tools (i.e. Cetova, JDE, Power BI).
  • The ability to plan, organize, coordinate, schedule multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and adjust to changing priorities and assignments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Accident hazard is unlikely.
  • Attention at frequent intervals with some potential eyestrain.
  • Overtime may be required during peak periods.

Environment:
  • Clean office environment.
  • Exposure to disagreeable elements is minimal.
  • Minor features may be disturbing to the employee, but accident hazard is unlikely.
  • Travel required between sites.

Safety:
  • The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

National Target Base Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $133,000.00.
The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $88,000.00 - $146,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.
