Inventory Control Administrator

At Big Brand Tire & Service, accuracy and efficiency are key to our success. We are seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to oversee inventory processes, ensure timely receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory records across our service centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily tire deliveries and ensure inventory is received accurately and on time
  • Review vendor invoices and compare against receiving records in EDGE
  • Assist with Amazon processes and accurately enter required data into the system
  • Partner with service centers to resolve missing receipts and inventory discrepancies
  • Manage open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
  • Verify vendor delivery information, including proof of delivery and shipment details
  • Ensure inventory control procedures are followed consistently

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory control, logistics, purchasing, or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies
