Senior Internal Controls and Process Improvement Analyst
Please note that this job is hybrid. You will be required to work 3 days per week in the Fort Collins office. You may work from home the other 2 days per week.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Senior Internal Controls and Process Improvement Analyst job in Fort Collins, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $85,000 and $136,000 annually, depending on your level of previous experience. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Conducting control risk assessments
-Maintaining control process documentation
-Identifying and mitigating risks
-Rolling out standardized controls and training stakeholders on new processes and procedures
-Analyzing, testing, and tracking process and system enhancements
-Defining and tracking KPIs
-Summarizing project outcomes and institutionalizing improvements
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Strong knowledge of SOX, COSO, and other internal control frameworks
-Previous experience with SAP software preferred
-Knowledge of financial reporting (GAAP, SEC regulations, etc.)
-Advanced Excel skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
-CPA or CIA preferred
