Senior Military Operations Analyst - Arms Control

KBR in support of AF/A10 Strategic Plans and Policy Support Services conducts indefinite guidance, oversight, and advocacy of the Air Force strategic deterrence mission, in order to ensure Airmen have the necessary capabilities to protect the United States. In support of seeks an analyst to assess how treaty requirements affect basing, alert postures, exercises, and daytoday operations.

KBR has a need for an Analyst to assess how treaty requirements affect basing, alert postures, exercises, and daytoday operations. They develop and refine procedures, checklists, and training materials for unitlevel implementation. They support planning and execution of inspections, visits, and treatyrelated events, often working directly with Treaty Compliance Officers. They also provide operational input to policy teams on the feasibility and impact of proposed treaty positions.

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%

  • Working Hours: Standard

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of operational experience in nuclear or other treatyaffected missions

  • Strong understanding of how baselevel operations intersect with inspection and compliance requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to write clear procedures, checklists, or training materials

  • Active TS (or higher) clearance and ability to travel

Desired:

  • Prior experience working in a TCO office or MAJCOM treaty office

  • Experience supporting or escorting treaty inspections or verification activities

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40hrs

Basic Compensation:

$140,000 -$150,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
