Job Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst - Requirements and Sourcing Teamto support a federal government client.

Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect inputs, analyze, and document INSCOM support to the Readiness Core Enterprise for the G3 by reviewing and coordinating MSC MOS and reach data.
  • Collect data to identify all INSCOM personnel and unit sourcing requirements and support coordination of potential unit sourcing solutions for identified requirements.
  • Provide sourcing recommendations for validated INSCOM personnel sourcing requirements.
  • Research, draft, and finalize the INSCOM MSC MOS Data Call report, by monitoring INSCOM MSC sourcing requirements assessment tasking emails, and documenting the results of related video tele-conferences.
  • Prepare the INSCOM Request for Forces (RFF) Briefing, and a listing of all current and pending INSCOM sourcing requirements.
  • Utilize the Army's Task Management Tool on NIPRNET and SIPRNET to enable electronic staffing of internal and external requirements and tasks.

Job Requirements
Required Experience:
  • 20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division or higher level.
  • Experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff directorate NCOIC or primary staff directorate warrant officer is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience producing reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing research and coordination for projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Army and Joint sourcing processes.

Required Special Qualifications:
  • MEL 4, WOSSE or SLC/SMA.
  • Desired: Analytical Control Element (ACE) OIC or NCOIC.

Required Education:
  • Master's degree in any discipline.
