Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Overland Park, KS (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: $70/hr - $72.46/hr

Job Summary:

Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst also serves as a technical advisor within an analytics team. They should feel comfortable consulting with teammates on technical problems and helping teach new skills when necessary. Successful Business Sr. Analysts are also adept communicators, using storytelling to convey analytics findings and make a recommendation. A strong candidate will also have Automotive industry, product management and/or UX experience.

Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications:

  • Collaborate and support cross-functional teams within the organization to make data-driven business decisions aimed at growth / business optimization.
  • Support product ideation and discovery research and analyses that estimate potential opportunities and guide priorities/focused areas.
  • Provides proper analytics requirements, validate tagging specifications, and perform data validation UAT to ensure data capture will support downstream analyses needed to generate the types of insights useful for product and business decisions. Support the maintenance of analytics implementation and accuracy of digital analytics data capture.
  • Must be able to learn and use analytics and other relevant technologies (e.g. Web analytics tool, SQL-based databases, data visualization software, etc.). Must be able to work directly with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Supports Analytics Leads or other leaders for company initiatives/projects to help drive execution according to project milestones and timelines.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, data assets, dashboards and reports.
  • Other duties as needed or required.
  • Must be able to travel by land and/or air for same-day or overnight trips (up to 5%).
