What You Will Do
  • Integration Design: design complex, enterprise-level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront Workflow with systems such as Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM Sites & Assets, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and others.
  • Build System Architecture: develop scalable system architectures to solve complex technical problems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation to achieve client business objectives, such as streamlined content workflows and improved collaboration and content creation.
  • Configure iPaaS Solutions: configure and implement Workfront Fusion to create robust integrations and automations, including:
    • Workfront automations to streamline project management and task workflows.
    • Integrations with Adobe to access campaign briefs, target personas, timelines, and product messaging from Workfront Planning to streamline marketing workflows and enhance campaign execution.
    • Integrations with AEM for content delivery and asset management.
    • Connections to other thirdโ€‘party SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, JIRA) to enable endโ€‘toโ€‘end content supply chain efficiency.
  • Strategic Consulting: facilitate highโ€‘level consulting sessions to translate complex business needs into robust integration architectures, fostering client confidence through thought leadership and technical expertise.
  • Trusted Advising: act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on integration strategies to align with business goals, optimize content supply chains, and drive digital transformation.
  • Client Collaboration: partner with clients to understand their business needs, identify critical components of their content supply chain, and address pressing technical challenges through tailored integrations and automations.
  • Testing & Deployment: support the development and execution of testing plans for integrations, ensuring data integrity, functionality, and readiness for successful โ€œgoโ€‘liveโ€ deployments.
  • Process Optimization: leverage Workfront Fusion to enhance content supply chain processes, integrating with AEM and GenAI tools to drive efficiency in PLM and ALM workflows.
  • Crossโ€‘Functional Collaboration: work with technical, creative, and customer success teams to ensure integrations align with AEM, GenAI, and other platforms, incorporating client feedback for continuous improvement.
Who You Are
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Deep expertise in IPaaS/SaaS integrations.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations and aligning integration solutions with client business objectives.
  • Experience in consulting for SaaS or content supply chain environments.
  • Deep understanding of web service APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks (e.g., OAuth, HTTP basic auth, API keys, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, PDF, CSV).
  • Strong experience connecting Workfront to systems such as Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, and AEM to other SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, JIRA).
  • Strong knowledge of Workfrontโ€™s architecture and capabilities, including work automations, Workfront Proof, and integration with AEM for content and asset management.
  • Working experience across one or more major cloud platforms (AWS highly preferred).
  • Understanding of content supply chain workflows and ability to apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile.
  • Leverage AI as a core part of the toolkit, incorporating coding assistants and agentic tooling into everyday workflow.
  • Working understanding of modern AI engineering patterns, including agentic system design, evals, guardrails, RAG, and MCP, and ability to lead the design and build of agentic systems on engagements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience leading requirements gathering, facilitating strategic workshops, delivering training, and presenting solutions to stakeholders.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation, technical specifications, and strategic recommendations.
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (optional).
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion certification is required.
  • Adobe Workfront certification is highly preferred.

Salary and Travel

Salary range: $160,000 - $205,000. This position may require approximately 10โ€‘20% travel.
