As a member of the Integration and Test team, you will:
  • Execute system-level tests to verify and/or validate requirements.
  • Perform risk-reduction tests to drive discovery of issues as early as possible.
  • Perform systems/hardware problem investigations, risk reduction planning, systems integration, test planning, and execution.
  • Participate in regular meetings and touchpoints for integrated team, including stakeholder alignments and providing material for leadership updates.
  • Ensure the correct data is created and captured for requirement verification as a part of test execution.
  • Perform data reviews and provide feedback to hardware and integration teams.
  • Be accountable to the Integration and Test Lead for execution of planned program activities.

The information below reflects the standard job description for this position:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.
Basic Qualifications
  • Strong background in Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test, with experience in systems development lifecycle execution and best practices on software and hardware-based systems
  • Experience executing system-level tests on a complex multi-segment system, with an understanding of interdependencies
  • Experience integrating various subsystems and components to meet system requirements
  • Current/Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills
  • Experience planning AND executing system-level tests on a complex multi-segment system including external segment providers
  • Prior SAP access
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied
  • Demonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
  • Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
