We are currently looking for a Mission Support & Data Analytics Coordinator.

Position Description

The Mission Support & Data Analytics Coordinator is a dual-hatted role responsible for driving the operational tempo and providing critical data-driven insights across comprehensive workforce development portfolios. This individual will serve as the central node for meeting facilitation, action item lifecycle management, and executive reporting. Crucially, the role demands advanced technical analytics skills to evaluate, visualize, and brief program metrics to senior government and Department of War (DoW) leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Coordination - Schedule, manage, and facilitate high-level meetings across SCALE, MEST, SRHEC, and ICAM/IBAS. Ensure agendas are distributed and cross-functional stakeholders are aligned.
  • Action Item Lifecycle - Capture exact, detailed meeting minutes. Extract key action items and decisions and translate them directly into Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, or Jira for persistent tracking and accountability.
  • AI-Enhanced Productivity - Leverage Generative AI agents and tools to automate routine tasks, summarize meeting transcripts, draft communications, and accelerate data analysis workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Data Ingestion & Processing - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) operational and performance data from various workforce development programs into centralized, clean datasets for analysis.
  • Advanced Analytics - Interrogate complex, multi-program datasets to identify trends, workforce gaps, performance metrics, and actionable operational insights.
  • Executive Briefings - Synthesize technical data and program updates into high-level, BLUF-oriented briefings designed specifically for OUSW(R&E) leadership, Flag/General Officers, and SES officials.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS in Data Analytics, Engineering, CS, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting complex technical programs, operational coordination, data analytics, or executive-level reporting environments.
  • Demonstrated experience briefing senior leadership and translating complex datasets into actionable operational insights.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a US security clearance)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS in relevant technical or analytical discipline (Data Analytics, Engineering, CS, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related field)
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting DoW acquisition, WFD or strategic technology portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SES, Flag officer, or executive level governance forums.
  • Active Secret Clearance

Compensation Details:

$93,000-$99,500 annually

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
