A Senior Instructional Design Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating instructional materials and learning programs, often for corporate or educational settings. They use instructional theory and best practices to create effective training that meets organizational goals. This role often involves analyzing learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and utilizing technology to deliver engaging and accessible content.
