About the job
YouTube Marketing's mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. We make YouTube successful by shaping people's perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us. We're also responsible for all of YouTube's marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.
At YouTube, we are building a truly global destination for creativity, learning, and free expression.
As a Senior Insights Manager, you will drive the research and analysis necessary to shape high-impact marketing strategies and business decisions. You will be a problem-solver who transforms complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align stakeholders and anticipate future business needs. Partnering across the organization, you will define the research roadmap for your product area and confidently present your audience-centric recommendations to Directors and VPs in a changing dynamic environment.
The Senior Insights Manager is tasked with transforming costly and timely research programs like Brand Health Tracking and qualitative panel management to enable near-real time insights for marketing and cross-functional stakeholders. You will do this by systematically identifying current business needs, assessing existing research approaches, and implementing best-fit methods and AI technology to enable faster decision making.

And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
