Job description

Overnight Mobile Patrol Security Officer

Exceptional security begins long before an incident occurs. It begins with presence, vigilance, and professionals who recognize risk before it becomes a problem.

As an Overnight Mobile Patrol Security Officer, you'll serve as a visible deterrent and trusted protector across multiple communities. Every patrol, every property check, and every interaction is an opportunity to prevent incidents, build client confidence, and demonstrate the professionalism that sets All Pro Security apart.

This role is designed for individuals who value independence, take ownership of their responsibilities, and understand that exceptional security is built through consistency, sound judgment, and attention to detail. Through our Total Quality Service (TQS) philosophy, you'll help redefine what clients expect from a security partner.

Your Mission

Your mission is to deliver proactive, professional security services that protect people, preserve property, and provide peace of mind across every community you serve.

Every patrol is an opportunity to prevent incidents before they occur, strengthen client trust, and reinforce the confidence that comes from a visible, professional security presence. Through vigilance, sound judgment, and meaningful interactions, you'll identify risks, respond with purpose, and uphold the standard of excellence that defines Total Quality Service (TQS).

What You'll Do Patrol With Purpose

Exceptional security begins with proactive presence.

  • Conduct proactive patrols across multiple client properties, identifying potential security concerns before they require attention.
  • Perform property inspections, lock and unlock services, and verify the safety and integrity of each site.
  • Maintain a consistent, highly visible presence that helps deter unauthorized activity and reinforces client confidence.
  • Observe, assess, and report conditions that could impact the safety of residents, clients, or property.
Respond With Professionalism

When situations require your attention, you'll be the calm, capable professional our clients rely on.

  • Respond promptly to alarms, service calls, and other situations with confidence and sound judgment.
  • Support on-site officers, clients, and emergency responders when additional assistance is needed.
  • Take ownership of situations from initial observation through resolution, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation.
  • Make thoughtful decisions that prioritize safety while delivering exceptional service.
Represent Excellence

Every interaction reflects who we are and the standard we uphold.

  • Safely operate company patrol vehicles while maintaining readiness throughout your shift.
  • Represent All Pro Security with professionalism, integrity, and respect in every interaction.
  • Build trust with residents, clients, and visitors through exceptional service and consistent communication.
  • Complete clear, accurate, and detailed reports that provide meaningful value to clients and leadership.
What Sets You Apart

This role is designed for professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service, exercising sound judgment, and creating confidence through their presence. You enjoy staying engaged, take ownership of your responsibilities, and understand that the smallest details often make the greatest difference.

You understand how to assess changing priorities, make thoughtful decisions, and respond with purpose when your attention is needed most. You stay aware, think ahead, and take ownership of your role.

You welcome feedback, apply what you learn, and view every shift as an opportunity to strengthen your skills.

You bring:

  • A proactive mindset and strong situational awareness.
  • The ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing needs.
  • Professional judgment and confidence in making sound decisions independently.
  • Reliability and accountability that clients and teammates can count on.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of miles driven or reports completed. It's measured by the confidence you create and the trust you earn.

You'll know you're making a difference when:

  • Your proactive patrols help prevent concerns before they become incidents.
  • Residents, clients, and visitors recognize your professionalism and feel confident in your presence.
  • Your observations and reports provide meaningful insight that helps protect people and property.
  • Every property you patrol reflects the consistency, care, and attention to detail that define Total Quality Service (TQS).
  • You leave each shift knowing you've made a positive impact on the communities you serve.
What You Bring

The qualifications below provide the foundation for success in this role.

Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in security, customer service, or a related field.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
Professional Development

Every shift is an opportunity to strengthen your skills, expand your experience, and continue growing as a security professional. We believe continuous learning and consistent performance are the foundation of long-term success.
