Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Manager, Center for Intelligent Water
At Xylem, our purpose is to empower our customers and communities to build a more water-secure world. The Center for Intelligent Water brings that purpose to life by connecting customers, partners, and Xylem experts to explore challenges, accelerate decisions, and strengthen the relationships that drive progress on the world's most critical water issues.
We're looking for an experienced EBC Manager to lead the Center for Intelligent Water experience program. You'll work alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, Innovation, Brand, and Executive Leadership to create customer engagements that deepen trust, accelerate opportunities, and reinforce Xylem's leadership in solving the world's most critical water challenges.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities
  • Own the overall Center for Intelligent Water program strategy, operating model, and roadmap, ensuring it reflects Xylem's mission and delivers value for customers and the business

  • Establish goals, success metrics, and performance reporting that connect Center outcomes to customer engagement, pipeline acceleration, and business impact

  • Own Center performance reporting and business impact measurement, leveraging engagement and customer feedback data to drive continuous improvement

  • Develop processes, standards, and governance for customer engagements and executive briefings that create consistent, high-quality experiences

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Innovation, Brand, and Executive Leadership, aligning teams around Center priorities and customer engagement objectives

  • Champion adoption and utilization of the Center across the organization, helping teams leverage the Center to strengthen customer relationships, accelerate opportunities, and drive business outcomes

  • Measure Center utilization, customer satisfaction, engagement outcomes, and business impact; identify opportunities to improve visitor experiences, briefing effectiveness, and operational efficiency

  • Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization to continuously raise the bar on customer experience
  • Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in executive briefing and customer experience programs to ensure the Center remains a world-class destination

  • Manage Center operating budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and long-term capability development

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in executive briefing centers, customer experience programs, enterprise marketing, or related fields

  • Proven experience working with senior leaders and executive customers

  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
