As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming intricate designs into tangible realities, adhering to our unique building methodologies and safety standards.

Position Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of staff teams across multiple projects, ensuring compliance and efficient progress.

- Conduct detailed project administration to mitigate claims and secure the best interests of both the firm and clients.

- Secure and manage contract agreements, from inception through execution, ensuring all legal and regulatory obligations are met.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets and schedules, optimizing costs and timeline.

- Manage procurement processes, coordinating closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
