Job description

Salary: $12/hour

Reports To: Pre-Press Manager


Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm overtime during busy seasons will be required and/or voluntary

Location: Northport, AL


Job Overview:

The Pre-Press Associate will help in any way they can to assist the Pre-Press Manager, Ink Room Associate, or Reclaim Associate in their daily tasks to increase the departments productivity and accuracy.


Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Prepare screens for reclaim
  • Coat screens using an automated coater
  • Print and burn screens
  • Screen wash-out using an automated washer
  • Tape, label, and prepare screens
  • Pull ink and squeegees for press teams
  • Refill containers of the most used inks
  • General cleanup and organization of the department
  • Assist with other duties assigned


Basic Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to do different tasks throughout the day
  • Ability to multitask and take direction
  • Strict adherence to the workflow process
  • Can stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Basic computer skills
  • Neatness, cleanliness, and organization
