Job description

1st shift Molding Technician
$17-$19 hour
Hours-7am.-3:30pm Monday- Friday, must be willing to work assigned shift, plus overtime & weekends as needed.

Molding Technician Details:
Primary responsibilities are mold changes, setup and process troubleshooting of both blow molding and injection molding equipment.

Ability to work in a team environment & willingness to be cross trained.
Mold setup and processing
Quality checks
Minimize equipment downtime
Perform setup of jobs to meet daily production schedule
Troubleshoot molding machines and ancillary equipment
Assisting Processing Engineer with duties as needed


Molding Technician Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years hands on experience as an injection molding and or blow molding process technician
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience with material handling equipment, conveying & grinding
Experience with quality checks a plus
Strong technical knowledge of molding presses
Ability to work from blueprints and schematics a plus
Basic math skills
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal communication
Provide own basic tools


Hours-7am.-3:30pm Monday- Friday, must be willing to work assigned shift, plus overtime & weekends as needed.
