About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician for a full-time, on-site manufacturing position in Easton, Pennsylvania.

The Process Technician will set up, adjust, and monitor injection molding machines to maintain stable production, consistent part quality, and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on plastic injection molding experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, start, and adjust injection molding machines for production.
  • Perform machine and mold changeovers and verify proper setup.
  • Monitor process parameters, machine operation, cycle times, and production output.
  • Troubleshoot molding machines, tooling, materials, and process issues.
  • Identify and correct molding defects and process variations.
  • Inspect molded parts to verify quality and dimensional requirements.
  • Document process settings, production data, quality issues, and adjustments.
  • Perform routine equipment and process checks and report maintenance concerns.
  • Work with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
  • Support machine operators with process-related questions and hands-on guidance.
  • Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and production procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving cycle times, and increasing production efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on plastic injection molding experience is required.
  • Experience setting up, adjusting, and monitoring injection molding machines.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving molding processes, machines, tooling, and production issues.
  • Knowledge of injection molding process parameters and production controls.
  • Experience identifying and correcting injection molding defects.
  • Experience with quality inspection and manufacturing procedures.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, process specifications, and production documentation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Injection molding machine and mold changeover experience.
  • Process optimization experience involving cycle time, scrap reduction, and part quality.
  • Experience in a high-volume plastics or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience providing technical guidance or training to machine operators.

Shift Schedule

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:15 PM
Approximately 45 minutes of overtime per shift.

3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:15 AM
Approximately 45 minutes of overtime per shift.
