Job description

(ICON Injection Molding is a plastic injection molding company located in North Phoenix. We are seeking qualified set-up technicians or process technicians (processors) who have experience setting molds or processing for other companies in the plastics industry.

In addition to persons with lower to mid-level experience, we are seeking someone with mid- to upper level experience who is interested in a Management opportunity in 1-2 years.


Compensation will be offered depending upon level and scope of experience:

  • $18.00 - $22.00/hour for Set-Up Technician
  • $22.00 - $30.00/hour for Process Technician

*Set-Up Technician vs. Process Technician job title/pay based upon actual knowledge, skills, & abilities specific to the plastics processing industry.


Available shifts are:

  • First Shift: Mon. - Fri. 6 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Second Shift: Mon. - Fri. 2 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Third Shift: Mon. - Fri. 10 PM - 6:30 AM

*ALL shifts listed are 40 hours TOTAL - We do not offer part-time employment

Position Requirements:

  • At least 1 full year of work experience setting molds for a plastic injection molding company
  • Ability to drive a sit-down forklift (must possess a valid driver's license from any US state and must pass both written and driving internal testing)

Requirements for Management-Track Opportunity:

  • Preferred 5-7+ years experience as a Process Technician
  • Preferred prior supervisory/management experience
