  • Drive operational excellence with a demonstrated focus on delivering on-time, on-budget, and zero-defect solutions within high-security federal environments.
  • Manage financial capital and operational budgets supporting infrastructure operations, modernization initiatives, staffing, procurement, and sustainment activities.
  • Oversee resource planning, workforce management, and staffing strategies to ensure operational continuity and successful project execution.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and communication regarding operational status, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives involving cloud adoption, virtualization, cybersecurity enhancements, automation, and enterprise service optimization.
