Job Summary
The Sr. HR Director will lead the HR team to support business leaders and their departments to achieve their goals with effective HR related programs. The Sr. HR Director develops corporate HR plans, supports the human factor in the company, oversees HR initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role will provide counsel to senior leadership and employees staying current on best practices to help shape processes and programs that continue to enhance the employee experience.
Job Description
  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • - Develop, execute, and oversee HR strategy aligned with the organization's business plan and long-term goals
  • - Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on human capital and organizational matters
  • - Partner with executive leadership on succession planning and organizational design
  • - Lead comprehensive recruiting and retention strategies to support business growth HR Operations & Compliance
  • - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures supporting business operations
  • - Oversee employment law compliance and risk mitigation efforts
  • - Partner with external legal counsel to ensure regulatory compliance
  • - Lead HR digitization initiatives, including HR systems implementation and process automation
  • - Optimize HR operational effectiveness through periodic review and analysis

  • - Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and career progression frameworks
