About the Role
As the CBRE Account Management Sr. Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for delivering all key client associated commitments related to a multi-purpose facility that provides a high-performance computing data center space, an office space environment, state-of-the-art conference facilities and meeting rooms, onsite café and catering facilities, and a library.
This is part of the Operations Management job function, responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.
What You'll Do
Overall On-site Facility Leadership: Accountable for overall Facility Management of the site.
High Performing Culture: Focus on continually building a high-performance team that accentuates a proactive posture. Internal responsibilities include prioritizing, coordinating and managing activities across the onsite leadership team.
Client Relationship: Develop and maintain a positive overall relationship with this client is paramount. The CBRE Account Management Sr. Manager is not only the lead resource that sets the relationship tone, but also the client conduit to resolve any facility issues. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Governance: Ensure the Parties meet all contractual commitments and responsibilities. Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards where appropriate. Troubleshoot escalated open issues and tasks, working closely with both Sr. level internal and client teams. Develop action plans for high-potential risks.
Finance & Budgeting: Oversee the facility budget and forecasting process, strategic planning process and standard management reporting. Ultimately responsible for managing the performance of the client contract. Responsible for overall downstream vendor contract compliance, including vendor set-up, client invoicing and expense approval.
Meetings, Reporting & Presentations: CBRE Account Management Sr. Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the CBRE team develops, conducts, reports on, follows up and tracks important topics.
Safety and Security: Continue to drive a culture that places health, safety and security at the center of the responsibilities at this critical facility.
Supervision & Training: Track the training and development of staff. Impart CBRE best practices. Mentor and coach as needed. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees for cultural and operational fit.
What You'll Need
• Communication skills (verbal and written) are essential. Strong communication, capable of bridging discussions between CBRE, the Client, Client's Client(s) and associated 3rd parties.
• High attention to detail, and strong technical acumen.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems, including when dealing with critical infrastructure topics.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Account Manager, Critical Facilities position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary of $160,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
