Senior Helper Caregiver Position

Senior Helpers is one of the country's fastest growing private duty home health care companies. We are currently looking for new or experienced HHA's for both full time and part time positions, to become part of our extraordinary team! With Senior Helpers of the Treasure Coast, you are not just another caregiver, you are a SHS (Senior Helpers Star)! You will not be a contractor with Senior Helpers, you are a member of the team. We pay taxes (EOE/DFWP).

Becoming a Senior Helper, your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing companionship and assistances with daily activities which includes, light housekeeping, transportation, laundry and linen changing, medication reminders, and meal prepping
  • Providing personal care which includes, bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
  • Monitoring Alzheimer's and Dementia clients
  • May assist client to and from bed, as well as throughout the night in overnight shifts

Requirements:

  • This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Learn more.
  • Driver's License
  • Current Auto Insurance
  • CPR/AED card
  • Health Physical stating free from communicable diseases within the last year
  • First Aid
  • Current CEU certificates
