Join our team at Logan Square Enhanced Senior Livingas a Security Guard.

$18 per hour, Same Day Pay!

At Logan Square Enhanced Senior Living, we believe that maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment is essential to protecting our residents, staff, and visitors. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Security Guard plays a key role in ensuring facility safety, monitoring access, and supporting a secure campus environment.

Responsibilities for Security Guard:

  • Monitor access to the main entrance and screen all visitors to ensure proper authorization and compliance with facility security protocols.

  • Conduct routine facility and campus rounds to ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors.

  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security risks to appropriate leadership.

  • Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

  • Support the enforcement of facility safety rules and emergency response protocols as needed.

  • Provide a visible security presence to deter unauthorized access and promote a sense of safety within the facility.

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies, following established procedures.

Qualifications for Security Guard:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.

  • Must demonstrate patience, professionalism, tact, and a positive demeanor.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

  • Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly population.
