What is a senior guard?

Senior Guards are experienced security professionals responsible for overseeing the safety and security of people and property at a facility or event. They typically supervise other guards, coordinate security operations, and respond to incidents or emergencies. Senior Guards may also conduct training, enforce rules, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Their role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a senior guard?

To thrive as a Senior Guard, you need proven experience in security operations, knowledge of safety protocols, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with surveillance systems, incident reporting software, and sometimes security certifications such as a Guard Card are typically required. Job description

Senior Product Manager - AI/ML & Developer Tools

Posted: 06/08/2025

Closing Date: 01/09/2026

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time

Job Category: Information Technology

IR Labs is the innovation lab inside Integrated Research where small, crossโ€‘functional squads chase outsized, industryโ€‘defining opportunities. We operate like a funded startup โ€” rapid sprints, bold experimentation, zero bureaucracy โ€” backed by the global footprint and resources of a public company. Our charter is simple: turn cuttingโ€‘edge AI research into products that customers canโ€™t imagine working without. We target the hardest problems in software and then move fast to ship solutions that create 10x impact. If you thrive on autonomy, crave worldโ€‘class technical challenges, and want to see your ideas hit production quickly, IR Labs is your launch pad. Join us and help build the futureโ€”one breakthrough at a time.

Job Description

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own the charter 0โ†’1 โ€” set vision, strategy, and a ruthless roadmap that ships thin slices fast.
  • Run continuous discovery โ€” interview key customer personas; turn insights into crisp use cases and user stories.
  • Translate deep tech into value โ€” partner daily with the development team to turn research spikes into scoped, testable features.
  • Prioritize across horizons โ€” balance quick-win LLM improvements with longer-bets in graph analytics, RL automation, and platform foundations.
  • Instrument what matters โ€” define and track model + product + business KPIs.
  • Launch and iterate โ€” drive alpha to launch: trials, docs, release notes; validate product-market-fit and feed rapid iteration loops.
  • Guard cost & safety โ€” enforce quotas, secrets hygiene, guardrails against prompt-injection; partner on compliance (SOC2/GDPR/HIPAA) and reliability SLOs.
  • Drive GTM โ€” shape pricing & packaging (seat/usage/value-based), product led growth onboarding, and collateral; support sales, community, and exec/board storytelling.
Desired Skills and Experience

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5 + years product management with at least 3 years on ML โ€‘ driven platforms
  • Proven 0โ†’1 execution โ€” shipped ML-driven products from blank page to first paying customers; built backlogs and dashboards, not just decks.
  • Technical curiosity โ€” comfortable working with ML, engineering or data-heavy products (you donโ€™t need to code but you can talk to coders).
  • Metrics & analytics chops โ€” cohort analyses, experiment design, and evaluation suites that tie model performance to user and revenue outcomes.
  • GTM & monetization sense โ€” experience with pricing/packaging, PLG funnels, and unit-economics; can run data-backed experiments.
  • Customer focus โ€” skilled at understanding user pain points and friction, then turning them into solutions that deliver real value.
  • Security/compliance awareness โ€” understands guardrails, data handling, and how standards affect design and sales cycles.
  • Leadership & influence โ€” can brief execs, align engineering, and tell a clear story to customers and the community.
  • Startup mentality โ€” bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to do the unglamorous work to move the needle.

Our job descriptions often reflect our ideal candidate. If you have a strong foundation of relevant skills and a passion for this field, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't check every box.
