Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Employment Type: Contract
Work Arrangement: Remote/Hybrid
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support creative development across print, digital, packaging, branding, and user interface design. This role is responsible for translating brand strategy and creative concepts into compelling visual solutions while maintaining consistency across multiple platforms and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging, brand identity, layout, and prototyping, along with experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for packaging, branding, advertising, marketing collateral, and digital platforms
  • Create layouts, illustrations, visual assets, and prototypes that align with established brand standards
  • Translate brand guidelines into consistent and engaging digital UI experiences
  • Develop UI deliverables including mockups, clickable prototypes, design systems, development assets, and simple animations
  • Collaborate with UX/Product Designers, writers, art directors, creative directors, production teams, and software engineers
  • Prepare design assets for development handoff and participate in UI reviews during implementation
  • Support UI research activities including competitive analysis, accessibility reviews, and A/B testing
  • Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across creative deliverables
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines and project requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 5+ years of full-time professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in package design, brand identity, visual layout, aesthetics, and prototyping
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related graphic design software
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual design principles
