What you'll do...As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the development and enhancement of user experience strategies by conducting comprehensive research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights to inform design solutions. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to align business goals with user needs, driving innovative interaction and visual designs. You will create prototypes, manage usability testing, and ensure design consistency across platforms. Your expertise will support the delivery of customer-centric products that optimize usability and engagement while fostering effective partnerships to achieve strategic objectives within a dynamic environment.

The AI Assistance & Support team designs advanced AI solutions that enhance associate experiences across stores and corporate locations. Leveraging expertise in user experience design, stakeholder management, and user research, the team develops intuitive interaction models and customer journey maps. They utilize prototyping and AI systems to improve usability and foster innovation. Collaborating closely with business partners, the team translates research insights into actionable strategies that boost engagement and operational efficiency. Committed to delivering thoughtful, data-driven design solutions, the team supports business goals while elevating the overall user experience.
What you'll do:
  • Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to identify experience gaps and inform design strategies.
  • Develop and refine interaction designs and user journeys based on data analysis and emerging consumption trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Create prototypes and detailed design specifications using tools like Figma, ensuring consistency with style guides and usability standards.
  • Lead usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user satisfaction and product effectiveness.
  • Manage partnerships and provide expert guidance to support business and customer needs.

  • Extensive user experience design experience: user research, journey mapping, and interaction design.
  • Experience in designing AI experiences, which can include AI platforms, multi-agent experiences, multi-channel AI experiences or AI assistants.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, strong use of AI design and artificial intelligence systems in prototyping/building.
