Salary: $90,00-$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends

What You’ll Do
As a key member of Harc’s leadership team, you will:
  • Drive Philanthropy Strategy: Design and execute an annual Development Plan that fuels organizational growth.
  • Lead Donor Engagement: Build and steward relationships with individual donors, major gift prospects, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Oversee Grants & Events: Manage grants lifecycle and lead signature events like Harc’s Gala and Walk N Roll.
  • Shape Our Story: Oversee Marketing and Communication Manager to deliver compelling campaigns, donor communications, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Inspire & Lead: Supervise a talented team (Events Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Grant Writer) and engage board committees to amplify impact.
