Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Python/Django) - TS/SCI Eligible
Location: 80% Remote / 20% Onsite (McLean, VA and/or Pentagon)
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Clearance: Active Top Secret required | SCI eligible | Willingness to sit for a CI Polygraph Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support a growing national security
mission. This role develops and deploys modern web applications and AI-enabled
capabilities that improve decision-making and situational awareness in classified
environments. Responsibilities
• Design, build, test, and maintain secure enterprise applications.
• Develop full-stack web solutions using Python, Django, and modern front-end technologies.
• Deploy and support applications in AWS and classified government environments.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and government stakeholders.
• Support applications through the ATO process and maintain production systems. Required Qualifications
• Active Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible; willing to sit for CI Polygraph.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python development experience building production applications.
• Full-stack web development experience with Django.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, HTMX, Alpine.js, Bootstrap, or similar.
• Docker, Docker Compose, and/or Podman experience.
• AWS experience, including cloud-native and serverless architectures.
• CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or similar).
• Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
• Strong Linux/UNIX proficiency.
• Experience with government ATO processes and classified environments. Education
