Our client seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to build and maintain modern web applications with ReactJS, NodeJS, and Microsoft SQL Server. The developer will create responsive interfaces, integrate APIs, and write efficient SQL in support of functional and reporting needs. The role requires collaboration, code quality, and attention to performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
100% Remote but must be willing to start at 7am EST daily.
Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
  • Develop front-end user interfaces with ReactJS and modern JavaScript tooling, including Vite.
  • Build and maintain client-side code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and integrate server-side services and REST APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS.
  • Design, write, unit test, and document application code.
  • Write and optimize MS SQL queries, joins, views, and stored procedures for features and reporting.
  • Produce clear reports, requirements, user stories, and design documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Apply problem solving and design skills with focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
  • Participate in software design and architecture discussions to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders, perform code reviews, and provide feedback.

Experience Requirements:
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with ReactJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end practices.
  • Experience with NodeJS and REST API development, preferably with ExpressJS.
  • Advanced SQL skills with emphasis on Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS for responsive and accessible development.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern source control workflows.
  • Experience in a Microsoft Windows development environment.

  • Preferred: Vite or similar tooling for React.
