Job Description

As part of the Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) team, this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering Finance transformation initiatives through the development of innovative digital and AI-driven solutions.

The Senior Full Stack & AI Engineer will contribute to the configuration and delivery of a newly established squad focused on Finance transformation, supporting the modernization of processes and ways of working across the Global Finance function.

This is a hands-on technical role responsible for the end-to-end development of applications and AI-enabled solutions, including front-end, backend, cloud, DevOps, and AI/LLM integrations. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop full stack applications using .NET / Python and React, Vue, or Angular
  • Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs
  • Develop and support AI/LLM-based solutions using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and related technologies
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and vector-based search capabilities
  • Build document ingestion and vector indexing pipelines
  • Utilize OCR and Document Intelligence technologies for document processing automation
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and DevOps activities
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions
  • Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, security, and performance
  • Support agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and problem-solving activities within the squad
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and cloud technologies
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with LLM/RAG solutions and AI-enabled applications
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end technical solutions across front-end, backend, cloud, and DevOps environments
  • Experience working within agile delivery environments and cross-functional global teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Focused on delivering high-quality user experiences and business value
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments
