Job Summary:
ThinkMD is a social impact benefit corporation dedicated to developing universally accessible clinical intelligence technology. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will lead the development of a scalable clinical API and a progressive web application, collaborating with a diverse team to create impactful digital health solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to identify and learn new platforms that can enhance the capability and quality of our technology.
• Work with team members to design and architect new product functionality and modules.
• Advise on matters of software architecture and engineering
• Apply and promote good software engineering practices such as test automation and simplification.
• Program, design and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases to support core products, research and data analysis an modeling needs.
• Coordinate database design, management and administration.
• Facilitate health data and web-enabled APIs design and integration.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years JavaScript development experience.
• Experience with DevOps & FHIR.
• Experience with Node/Vue/Vuetify/NoSql/Postgres/Git.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL/Postgres databases and data modeling.
• Experience designing API’s and applications from concept to testing.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes containerization.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX.
• Excellent creative thinking and communication skills.
• Experience working with and/or managing remote teams
Preferred:
• Experience with Heroku/Feathers
• Experience with GO Lang
• Experience with i18n language internationalization and localization
• Experience with Tableau, and automation of data streams/dashboards
