Job description

Job Title: Financial Systems AnalystJob Description
The Senior Systems Analyst will collaborate with business partners and IT teams to develop business requirements and user stories supporting revenue system solutions in a high-volume payment transaction processing environment. This individual will lead multiple concurrent system projects, perform User Acceptance Testing and validation of system changes, support revenue process transformations, conduct data analysis, streamline reporting and operational processes, and develop expertise in revenue management systems. The role requires effective communication with management, support for financial controls and SOX compliance, and subject matter expertise related to testing and functionality of revenue systems.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to develop business requirements and user stories.
  • Lead multiple concurrent system projects and perform User Acceptance Testing and validation of system changes.
  • Support revenue process transformations and conduct data analysis.
  • Streamline reporting and operational processes.
  • Develop expertise in revenue management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with management and support financial controls and SOX compliance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise related to testing and functionality of revenue systems.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of business and/or systems analysis experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, or system support.
  • Experience developing business requirements and user stories.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working with IT and business teams to clarify requirements.
  • Experience using JIRA to manage testing defects.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Systems, Accounting, or Finance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) and Oracle Customer Care & Billing.
  • Experience with pricing, invoicing, reporting, and master data processes.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Experience with M&A / acquired entity integration.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Light project management support.
  • Experience with Tableau, Oracle BRM, SAP, and Amdocs.
  • Experience in financial system implementations and finance transformation.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC process.

Work Environment
The position is a hybrid role, with on-site work required from Tuesday to Thursday in Foster City. This role involves working with business partners, IT teams, Finance users, and management in a high-volume payment transaction processing environment. The work schedule follows a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days remote.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $63.58/hr.
