Job description

Role Overview

Senior Full‑Stack Developer at Booz Allen Hamilton. Design and develop end‑to‑end solutions in a fast, agile environment, turning vision into production‑ready systems while maintaining architecture integrity and future scalability.

Responsibilities

• Engineer robust, maintainable applications using C#, .NET, MVVM, WPF or XAML, and SQL in Visual Studio. • Build and optimize database solutions with PostgreSQL. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with clients to identify system improvements using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. • Ensure that developed solutions accommodate present and future functionality, operational environment, and enhancements.

Qualifications
  • Experience developing with C#, .NET, MVVM, WPF or XAML, and SQL in Visual Studio.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus at least 2 years of software engineering or 6 years of development experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of network transport protocols and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Windows messaging and queuing technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clearance Requirements

Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Total compensation also includes health, life, disability, financial and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for the full benefit program.

Work Model
  • Remote: Occasionally required on‑site at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
  • Hybrid: Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, with possible visits to customer sites.
  • Onsite: Primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
