Job Summary
Assists with the financial reporting and operating budget functions of the Division. Supports the financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis for the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, preparing forecasts, and providing insights that help leaders make informed business decisions.
Essential Functions
  • Assists with the production of the month-end financial reporting packages for Division and Support Center senior management to use in analyzing monthly operations.
  • Assists with the annual operating budget process for the Division.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports as requested by senior management.
  • Assists in preparing financial analyses, forecasts, and variance reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Researches and explains budget-to-actual variances and key financial trends.
  • Collaborates with operational and departmental leaders to gather information and support financial planning activities.
  • Participates in the development and improvement of financial reports, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and usability.

  • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required)

Experience
  • 2+ years experience in accounting and financial analysis (preferred)
  • Prior Experience that demonstrates proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or reporting tools (preferred)
