The Financial Analyst – Pricing & Revenue Management is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely pricing data across internal tools, systems, and third-party platforms to support revenue optimization and operational performance. This role serves as a key point of coordination between field teams, Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT — ensuring pricing integrity across all channels and providing actionable data insights that drive business decisions

  • Maintain and update pricing across internal systems, third-party platforms, and pricing tools with accuracy and within established timelines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for field teams on pricing-related questions, updates, and implementation support.
  • Monitor and audit pricing data integrity across all systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
  • Support the execution of pricing strategies, promotional changes, and revenue management initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, and Business Optimization teams to ensure pricing changes are communicated and implemented accurately.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen data governance around pricing.
  • Support project coordination and implementation for new pricing tools, system integrations, or rate structure changes.
  • Perform additional analytical, reporting, and pricing-related duties as assigned.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of programming or query languages (SQL, Python, or R) preferred; willingness to learn required.
  • Demonstrated ability or willingness to leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve workflow efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and support field teams.
  • May be required to travel up to 10% of the time; travel subject to change based on business needs.
