Senior Financial Analyst $120,000-$130,000 base salary (depending on experience) Phoenix, AZ (Remote) Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing technology company to hire their next Senior Financial Analyst. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, partnering closely with the CFO to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis. You’ll play a key role in supporting business performance, building scalable processes, and contributing to long-term growth initiatives.

Perks and Opportunities: Fully remote role in a strong, stable industry with clear path toward IPO exposure Direct partnership with the CFO, positioned as a key right hand with defined succession path Opportunity to help build a newer business line within a collaborative, high-growth team Responsibilities include: Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned business units, including driver-based modeling and reforecasting. Partner with business leaders to translate financial results into actionable insights and support operational decision-making.

Analyze SaaS and subscription metrics, including ARR, churn, and customer economics, to identify trends and performance drivers. Support management and investor reporting while ensuring alignment between operational data and financial results. Drive process improvements, system optimization, and close support to enhance reporting accuracy and scalability.

Requirements: 5+ years of FP&A experience required Saas or technology experience is a plus Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
