• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic guidance and referrals, ensuring clients have access to resources that complement their recovery journey.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate client progress.
• Execute mandated reporting responsibilities in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with colleagues to enhance treatment strategies and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

This position involves working with a diverse and varied client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our therapists aim to create a safe and supportive environment, where clients feel empowered to share their stories and work towards meaningful change.

• A Master’s degree in a mental health discipline such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering outpatient mental health services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize evidence-based treatment modalities effectively.
• Strong knowledge of community resources and referral pathways.
