• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including evaluations of clients’ psychosocial histories as well as their criminal and substance abuse backgrounds.
• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based techniques in both virtual and challenging scenarios.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff, support personnel, and possibly external agencies to comprehensively diagnose and manage complex psychiatric conditions.
• Prepare detailed clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consultative reports for interdisciplinary case discussions.
• Communicate collaboratively and proactively with each client's care team, ensuring streamlined access to resources and support for optimal patient outcomes.

You will find yourself working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or marital issues. • Master’s Degree in Counseling or closely-related field, specifically qualifying the individual as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Active LPCC license from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences is required.
• A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in either a public or private healthcare setting is required.

• Proven expertise in diagnostic evaluations and developing effective treatment plans.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on constructing clear and comprehensive clinical documentation.
