Role Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll ensure customer equipment runs safely and reliably by diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and restoring performance in the field.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Travel to customer sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery

  • Document findings, service actions, and recommended next steps

  • Communicate clearly with customers on status, timelines, and preventive care

  • Coordinate with internal teams for parts, technical guidance, and follow-up
