Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area, ensuring alignment with laws, regulations, and company policies. This role involves analyzing regulatory trends, managing risk assessments, and providing expert guidance to senior leadership. The position requires overseeing compliance programs, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. The manager also supports associate development, promotes ethical standards, and collaborates cross-functionally to address compliance challenges while advancing business objectives in a dynamic environment.
About the team:
The Specialty Compliance and Ethics team leads OSHA regulatory engagement to ensure adherence and minimize risk across the business. This team manages all aspects of inspections, complaint responses, citation handling, and recordkeeping with federal and state agencies. They develop strategic approaches for regulatory challenges and collaborate closely with leadership to optimize outcomes. Focused on governance, compliance risk management, and clear communication, the team drives proactive risk reduction and supports continuous improvement. Members are committed to upholding high standards of integrity while fostering effective partnerships to maintain regulatory compliance and protect the organization’s interests.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and influence OSHA regulatory interactions to ensure compliance, minimize risk, optimize regulatory and financial outcomes, and drive proactive risk reduction across the business.
  • Core responsibilities include: Serve as primary liaison with federal and state OSHA offices, managing all aspects of complaints, rapid response investigations, and end-to-end support for all inspections (pre, during, post); citation management and case strategy development for informal conference preparation and negotiation execution; and OSHA recordkeeping (300/300A/301) and BLS reporting.
