Sr. Environmental Project Manager โ€“ Southeast Michiganย 


Job Requirements:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or Masterโ€™s Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering, or related from an accredited university.ย 
  • 8-12 years of Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering or related environmental experience.ย 
  • Strong background/experience with environmental due diligence (Phase I, Phase II, & BEA/due care)ย 
  • Experience with Michigan Environmental Regulations.ย 
  • Strong technical writing skills, proficient with Microsoft Office.ย ย ย 
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills.ย 
  • Ability to effectively manage and coordinate staff.ย 
  • Must hold a valid driverโ€™s license.ย 

Preferred:ย 

  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and current with 8-hour refresher courses.ย 
  • Part 201/213 experience.ย 

Job Description:โ€ฏย 

Successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment providing due diligence and remediation services.โ€ฏย 

  • Conducting/managing Phase I ESAs to ASTM or higher standards.ย 
  • Conducting/managing Phase II ESAs.ย 
  • Conducting/managing hydrogeological investigations and remediation projects.ย 
  • Understanding due diligence and brownfield redevelopment processes.ย 
  • Demonstrating full knowledge of each projectโ€™s status and goals.ย 
  • Performing tasks across multiple disciplines to bring about successful project completion.ย 
  • Providing quality environmental services.ย 
  • Responding to customers in a timely manner.ย
