About the Opportunity

Seekr is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Senior Engagement Manager to lead and manage all customer facing activities as part of the delivery of Seekr Agentic AI software applications and services.  A successful candidate is a highly skilled engagement manager with experience in enterprise software and professional services. This role is distinguished from a Project Manager in that the candidate brings a combination of technical skills in software application development, AI/ML, predictive analytics and/or data integration along with traditional project management capabilities. Domain experience in any of the following industries is also highly valued: government/military, supply chain, cybersecurity, intelligence.  This is a critical leadership role that requires someone who can operate with minimal oversight, build customer relationships, support technical delivery of software applications, and serve as the trusted liaison between Seekr and our U.S. Government customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Engagement Management

  • Craft compelling use cases that drive business value and translate use cases into requirements and specifications.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary engagement team to perform implementation activities in collaboration with other Seekr team members from Application Development, Data Integration, Data Science, Products, and DevOps.
  • Prepare and brief executive customer stakeholders on future use case roadmap and implementation plans aligned to Seekr solutions.
  • Dive into technical details and lead activities to ensure successful delivery to our customers (e.g., functional scoping, application and data integration quality assurance, conduct training sessions, issue debugging and resolution).
  • Develop polished deliverables and other documentation to enable customer success.  Deliverables may include monthly or quarterly status reports, application specification documents, data source summary reports, customer stakeholder interview summaries, final reports, financial reports, GUI design documents, functional specification documents, use-case summaries, user persona descriptions.
  • Lead Sprint reviews with customers and Seekr team members.
  • Effectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Track, anticipate and address data, development, deployment, or scaling challenges before they become risks.

Seekr Engagement Coordination

  • Support scoping of customer applications to include delivery team members, applicable roles, projected timelines, and infrastructure sizing.
  • Track, anticipate and address Seekr-internal challenges before they become risks.
  • Effectively and proactively communicate with internal teams and build a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Conduct regular SCRUM meetings to review progress made on project objectives with internal team members.  

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Willing to obtain U.S. DoD security clearance.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in a related technology or consulting field.
  • In-depth working knowledge of Government / Military program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field including Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience in using Jira, Atlassian, Slack, and other prominent software development tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a software implementation project, providing leadership in both.
  • Experience in presentation and communication with senior executive stakeholders, specifically around consultative selling and positioning.
  • Excellent presentation, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills Desired

  • Active DoD Security Clearance at the Top-Secret level; TS with SCI eligibility highly preferred.
  • Master's or Advanced degree in technical field including Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting a small business or startup environment
  • PMP certification (actively held or previously achieved)
