What you will be doing:

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program, by engaging and influencing seniorleaders

• Supportcross-functional transformation projectsbyidentifyingopportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across differentteams

• Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program's readiness to launch, developingaction plans, leadingprogram mobilization efforts, and providingadvisory and program management services throughout the life of theprogram

• Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operationsimprovements

• Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reducewasteand incorporate accountability to sustain thechange

• Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes,includingstakeholder assessments andcommunications

• Foster organization wide collaboration in solvingproblems

• Engage and work with seniorstakeholders

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalentor Relevant experiencesupportingcross-functional, strategic or transformation projects.

• Experiencesupportingtransformation/improvement programs; define andestablishprogram structure and governance frameworks, KPI measurement, benchmarking,stakeholder management,financialmanagement

• Requires6 -10yearsofrelevantexperience

Preferred:

• Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification

• Lean Six Sigmaor equivalent improvementframework

• Change managementexperience

• Management Consulting experience

• Advanced facilitation skills

• Previousexperience in the technology industryand/orone of the areas of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Manufacture, Deliver), Sales Operations,Product Management& Support / Services.

  The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
  - United States of America: Annual Salary USD 105,500 - 243,000 in Texas
  The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
