StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a visionary Senior Electronics Design Engineer to spearhead the development of next-generation hardware systems. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex conceptual requirements and high-performance physical reality.

You will exert a direct influence on the reliability and sophistication of advanced sensing technologies, ensuring our clients remain at the cutting edge of aerospace and defense innovation. What You’ll Do
  • Architect comprehensive electronic hardware solutions, spanning from initial schematic capture to finalized multilayer PCB layouts.

  • Drive the full product development lifecycle, ensuring every design iteration meets rigorous performance and durability standards.

  • Synthesize complex system requirements into actionable engineering specifications for high-reliability environments.

  • Champion rigorous testing protocols to validate signal integrity, thermal management, and electromagnetic compatibility.

  • Execute detailed hardware-software integration, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system interoperability.

  • Troubleshoot intricate hardware anomalies using advanced diagnostic tools, implementing robust corrective actions for flight-grade electronics.


What You Bring
  • Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in analog and digital circuit design, with a deep understanding of power distribution and high-speed signal routing.

  • Strategic Design: Extensive experience utilizing modern EDA tools for sophisticated PCB design and simulation.

  • Industry Sophistication: A strong background in developing electronics for extreme environments, specifically within the military or space-flight sectors.

  • Logic Programming: Proficiency in FPGA/CPLD architecture, including the simulation and debugging of complex logic designs.

  • Firmware Integration: Hands-on experience developing and integrating embedded firmware for microcontrollers and CPUs.

  • Specialized Systems: Exposure to LIDAR technology or similar advanced optical sensing platforms is highly advantageous.

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required; an MSEE is preferred.
